As many dental offices are morphing into large dental centers and clinics, we maintain the “at home” and personal atmosphere we believe is vital for patients to make pressure-free and informed decisions that will help them achieve optimal health and aesthetics.
Lexie Mawyer RDH – Dental Hygienist
Lexie been a dental hygienist since 2013 and graduated from the Sheridan College Dental Hygiene program. In addition, she received a Bachelor in Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Wyoming. She is certified to deliver local anesthetics and wishes to make every nonsurgical therapy treatment as pain-free as possible. She describes her chair-side manner as having a gentle touch but very thorough.
In the dental practice, Lexie finds it most rewarding to build personal relationships with her patients and always tries to make them feel like family. She values working as a team player to help educate patients to their optimum health. Lexie is passionate about explaining oral health conditions in a way that is easy to understand.
As family is one of the most important aspects of her life, it is natural for her to care so easily for her patients. Lexie and her husband, Bryant, have three little girls that she says are her world! She loves sharing clean beauty, spending time with friends, and traveling.
McKenna Smyle RDH – Dental Hygienist
McKenna was born and raised in the Billings Heights. She has been a dental hygienist since 2019 after graduating from the Sheridan College Dental Hygiene program. Shortly after, she received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Wyoming. McKenna is also certified to deliver local anesthetics.
From a young age, McKenna has always known she wanted to help others and work in the medical field. She loved going to the dentist as a child and was blessed to discover as an adult just how much she enjoys helping her patients on their way to achieving a happy and healthy smile.
McKenna loves to travel and is close to achieving her goal of visiting all 50 states! She is also an avid reader and enjoys breaking a sweat kickboxing at the local 9Round gym. Being with family and friends is McKenna’s favorite way to spend her free time.
Meghan Huet RDH – Dental Hygienist
Meghan was born and raised in Montana and has been in Billings for the past 20 years. Meghan has been in the dental field since 2011 as an assistant and then graduated from the Sheridan College Dental Hygiene program in 2017. Meghan is also certified to deliver local anesthetics.
Meghan is married and has four grown boys. Family passions involve drag racing, breeding, raising, training, and hunting with her five German Shorthaired Pointers. Meghan has recently discovered weight training and finds it to be a great way to relieve stress.
Terra Bell – Dental Assistant
Terra was born and raised in Billings, MT. She has been a dental assistant since 2016 and has been by Dr. Rath’s side since she took over the practice in June of 2021.
Terra married her husband, Corbin, in June of 2023. Corbin is also a Billings native and has owned his construction business for over 10+ years. When they are not working, they love spending time with their friends and family. In the summer time, you’ll find them on a boat in Yellowtail Dam – their happy place! Terra and her husband feel blessed to be godparents to their beautiful goddaughter, Everli, who keeps them loving life with her spicy personality.
Cadi Foster – Dental Assistant
Cadi was born and raised in Billings. Before pursuing dentistry, she was a cosmetologist for several years, and she still enjoys taking care of her family’s hair needs. A friend of hers who knew how much Cadi loves working with and helping other people suggested that Cadi try dentistry. Her career in dentistry started in April of 2017. She really enjoys working with Dr Rath and the great team.
Cadi loves to travel internationally and locally. Cooking is also a huge passion of hers. She appreciates that her coworkers are always willing to try her new, creative recipes.
Laura Niemi – Office Administrator
Laura was born and raised in Manhattan, Montana. She and her family moved to Billings in 2015. Her youngest daughter was so excited about becoming a dental hygienist that she decided to look into a dentistry job as well. She has been a treatment coordinator since August 2016 and is thrilled to be working with Dr Rath and her team as her office administrator. She enjoys helping patients understand their dental insurance and working with patients to accomplish their dental goals.
In the summertime, she enjoys hiking, walking, and paddle boarding, and in the wintertime, she enjoys sitting by a fire with a good book. Family time is of utmost importance, and she cherishes the time she spends with family, friends, and her dental family at Radiance Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.
Alma Edwards – Financial Coordinator
Alma was born and raised in Montana. After high school, a friend suggested that she respond to a job in dentistry. She was hired and fell in love with it. Many years later, she is still loving it. Alma has been a clinical assistant, receptionist, and a treatment and financial coordinator. She loves working with patients and helping them figure out how to get their dental treatment completed. She feels blessed to work with Dr Rath and her awesome team.
In her spare time, some of Alma’s favorite stress relievers include gardening, camping, and enjoying our beautiful state.
